With over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, I\u2019ve been helping people secure their homes since 2000. I\u2019ve worked in a variety of roles over the years, from estate agency settings to mortgage brokerages and even directly for a lender, and that broad experience has given me a real depth of knowledge about how mortgages work from all angles. But what matters most to me isn\u2019t just the technical side of things, it\u2019s making sure every detail is right for the client and the right customer journey is very important to me and something that I’m always looking to improve and work on.<\/p>

Whether it\u2019s getting the best overall deal, making sure the mortgage fits your goals, or ensuring you feel supported and informed throughout the process, I believe that attention to detail makes all the difference. I take pride in offering clear and straightforward advice and making sure nothing is overlooked, not just the rate but the term, repayment method and what protection is in place too.<\/p>

I live in North Lanarkshire with my husband and our two children, and when I\u2019m not working, you\u2019ll usually find us enjoying a family meal, a cinema trip or a day out with the kids.
